Mandatory Programmes by MOM

Employers' Orientation Programme (EOP)

First-time employers are required to complete the mandatory Employer Orientation Programme (EOP) before they can hire a Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW). The programme helps employers understand their responsibilities, employment regulations, and best practices for managing a helper.

Settling-In-Programme (SIP)
